The cuff measures approximately 2-3/4" on the inside. 

It measures about 5/8" high. The small is about 7" in circumference including a 1" gap to slip it on and the medium is about is 7-3/4" including a 1" gap to slip it on.

Each piece varies slightly due to its handmade nature.
